No Physical Shipping

Unless explicitly stated for a specific product, we do not ship physical goods. Licenses are delivered digitally.

• Download link or download instructions

Payment Verification Comes First

Delivery processing begins only after payment has been successfully received and verified, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines vary by product and depend on factors such as vendor processing time, product availability and verification requirements. Estimated timelines will be shared with your quotation; we do not guarantee instant delivery for every product.

Vendor Provisioning

Some products are provisioned directly through the software publisher or an authorised distribution channel, which can affect delivery timing beyond our direct control.

Your Responsibility

Please double-check the email address, account details and device information you provide at the time of order — incorrect details are one of the most common causes of delivery delay, and we are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated timeline, contact our support team with your order number and we’ll check the status with the relevant vendor.
