We aim to be transparent about when cancellations and refunds are and aren’t possible. Because most of our products are digital and licensed for a specific customer, our policy differs from a typical physical-goods return policy. Here’s how it works.
If you contact us before your license has been ordered from the vendor or distributor, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation. Once an order has already been placed with the vendor, cancellation may no longer be possible, even if delivery to you hasn’t happened yet — this depends on the vendor’s own processing status.
Once a license, key, subscription or account entitlement has been delivered, activated, assigned or redeemed, it is treated as a consumed digital product. At this stage, cancellation is generally not available, in line with standard digital-goods practice.
Q: I bought the wrong Microsoft 365 plan for my team size. Can I get a refund?
If the license hasn’t been activated yet, contact us immediately — we may be able to help before it’s processed. Once activated, a refund is unlikely, but we can help you understand upgrade or additional-license options instead.
Q: My payment was deducted twice for the same order. What happens now?
This qualifies for a refund of the duplicate charge. Contact us with your payment reference and we’ll investigate and process it.
Q: My license key isn’t working. Am I entitled to a refund?
Not automatically — first, we’ll help you troubleshoot and verify the issue. If it’s confirmed as a genuine delivery or licensing fault on our end, a resolution (replacement or refund, as appropriate) will be arranged.
How to Request: Email us with your order number, the product purchased, and a description of the issue, and we’ll review your request against this policy.
